1.1. Acceptance of Terms: These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, products, and services available at the LELO LP website.
1.2. Modifications: LELO LP reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2.1. Product Information: We strive to ensure that all product information, including descriptions and prices, are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
2.2. Pricing and Payment: The displayed prices are accurate at the time of purchase. LELO LP accepts both Cash on Delivery (COD) and pre-paid orders. All payment methods are subject to the same return policy provisions outlined below.
2.3. Non-Returnable Products: Certain products may be marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page. These items are generally excluded from standard returns, except in the unlikely event of them being damaged, defective, or a wrong item being delivered.
The following detailed policy governs the process and conditions for all returns and exchanges.
Time Limit: You must initiate the return process within 7 days of delivery. Specific product categories may be subject to different return periods, which will be clearly stated on the product listing.
Applicable Products: Products are eligible for return if they are received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from the product ordered on LELO LP.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
The product must be returned in its original condition, which includes the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories therein.
LELO LP will carry out verification checks upon receiving the return request. The return will be processed only if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
In the event of a damaged, defective, or wrong item being delivered, LELO LP reserves the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect prior to issuing a refund or replacement. We may also contact you to confirm the nature of the damage or defect.
You may choose to exchange a product instead of requesting a refund, provided the return criteria are met.
Products are eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
If the exact same product is not in stock, a refund will be issued to you instead of a replacement.
Products may not be eligible for return in cases of buyer's remorse, such as incorrect model or color of product ordered, or incorrect product ordered.
After the item is picked up and successfully verified, the refund is typically processed within 7-10 business days.
4.1. Misuse of Policy: In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, cancelling, or not accepting the orders placed, LELO LP reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as deemed necessary.
4.2. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.
5.1. Limitation of Liability: LELO LP shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or unauthorized usage of product information or any external links provided.
5.2. Information Accuracy: No additional information is generally required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in a category-specific policy.
6.1. These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
6.2. The jurisdiction for any disputes shall be exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
